Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026. Every VendMizer Pro purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If the product is not right for your store, you get a full refund.

How to request a refund

Within 30 days of purchase, contact us at contact@vendmizer.com (or via the contact page) from the email address used at checkout, and include your order reference. That is all we need.

Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Multi-site and multi-seat purchases

If you bought more than one license, the guarantee applies to the purchase — contact us and we will arrange a full or partial refund as appropriate.

Support renewals

An optional priority-support renewal after the first year can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal charge, provided no priority-support request has been made against it in that period. Your Pro license and updates continue regardless.

Your statutory rights

Where the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or a consumer guarantee (for example in the EU or UK), this policy is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.

EU/UK consumers: your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because our products are delivered digitally, at checkout you may be asked to agree that we begin supplying immediately and to acknowledge that you then lose this 14-day right once the download or access begins. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous and applies either way. Business buyers do not have a consumer right of withdrawal, but the 30-day guarantee still applies to them.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may suspend the associated license while the dispute is investigated.

Scope

These conditions govern our voluntary 30-day guarantee and do not restrict any statutory right you may have. The guarantee covers first purchases of Pro licenses. The free version is free — nothing to refund. We reserve the right to decline repeated purchase-refund cycles that indicate abuse of the guarantee.
